This workshop is a continuation of Effective Resumes. Gain valuable tips and techniques for creating an effective & competitive resume. Workshop will cover how to create a resume for the purpose of obtaining more job interviews and how to use the resume as a self-marketing tool in making a good impression in 45 seconds or less.

Learn strategies and techniques to increase access to available job opportunities. Techniques for job search and time management will also be covered.

Interviewing Success part I
Tuesday Afternoon 1:00pm - 2:00pm

Location: Broadway Career Center

Learn how to leave a great impression on the interviewer and how to demonstrate that you are the best candidate for the position during an interview. Mock interviews will also be available during this workshop.

Computer Basics

Wednesday  Afternoon 3:00pm – 4:00pm

Location: Broadway Career Center

This workshop covers beginning computer operation, data entry and word processing. Workshop also covers internet basics including internet search, job search and creating and managing emails.

Career Club
Wednesday Morning 9:00am - 10:00am

Job seekers meet to share job leads, job opportunities and support in finding a job.
