SMUD Energy Assistance Program Rate (E.A.P.R.): A program wherein qualifying community residents receive a monthly discount of up to 30% on their SMUD bill

PG&E CARE Program:  A program wherein community residents can also receive a 20% discount on their monthly utility bill

ESL/Citizenship Class: Held a ARI’s Main Office and Citrus Heights Office Citizenship/Naturalization Preparation Services: a program to support citizenship applicants through the application process

Homeowner & Renters' Assistance: A program to provide application assistance for low-income elderly, LEP, and disabled residents applying for homeowners/renters credit

VITA/EITC Tax Preparation Volunteer Service: A program wherein staff members help low-income community members file their taxes and claim

 

Earned Income Tax Credit Healthy Families Application Assistance: A low cost health insurance program for qualifying families.
